At Sugar Bunny Shop, we want you to love your sweet new finds, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
